Favicons are an easy way to add a bit of subtle class to your website design.

Download* and rename an icon to 'favicon.ico', place it in the root of your website directory. Then a visitor to your website will see the chosen icon in the address bar or in your bookmarks (should you bookmark the page).

*You may have to right click and 'save as' to get the icon (*.ico) file.
